VRSF SERIES

The VRSF utilizes a lightweight aluminum frame, helical cut gears, and a bearing span that provides the best level of precision and torque carrying capacity in its competitive class. The VRSF can be selected with one of three backlash levels – Standard backlash at 15 arc/min, Reduced backlash at 5 arc/min, and Precision backlash at 3 arc/min.

VRS series

High load capacity and exceptional load handling for larger radial and thrust loads. The VRS is smooth running and quiet even with challenging static forces, making it the ideal selection for higher speed and continuous duty applications. Maximum 3 arc-min backlash rating and an output torque peaking at 3,700 Nm

VRL series

Powerful tool in precision positioning with a thread-in mounting style, helical planetary gears, frame sizes available in ratios up to 100:1 and a maximum 5 arc/min backlash rating

VRB series

High performance gearbox with flexible mounting design. The maximum output torque for the series peaks at 2,300 Nm. Maximum 3 arc/min backlash rating.

VRG series

High positional accuracy and well suited for confined spaces with its compact design. Able to handle high loads and axial loads.

VRT series

The VRT series sets the new standard for applications requiring extremely high-torque ratings and rigidity. The compact design and hub-style output is ideal for equipment requiring high speed, high precision indexing movement. Maximum 3 arc/min backlash rating.

NEV series

The NEV right-angle series is the ideal gearbox for simpler one directional servo motor applications where space and cost take precedence. The different NEV frame sizes are available in ratios between 5:1 and 105:1

EVS series

The tapered roller bearings at the output side allow the EVS to handle larger radial and thrust load forces than the typical planetary gearbox. Maximum 4 arc/min backlash rating.

EVL series

The EVL series is an intelligent choice providing impressive precision and durability at an exceptional value. The EVL series uses a 1:1 spiral bevel gear for the right-angle connection and is suited for multi-speed/positioning systems. The EVL series gearheads can handle maximum loads approaching 600 nM and have a maximum 6 arc/min backlash rating.

EVB series

The EVB provides an excellent option when performance, space, and cost all equally impact your reducer selection. A 1:1 spiral bevel gear for the right-angle connection maintains good positional accuracy at ratios ranging from 3:1 – 100:1. Maximum 4 arc/min backlash rating.

EVT series

The EVT is advantageous in applications requiring high accuracy, torsional stiffness and moment loading.

STH series

The STH is a mid-range speed and torque gearbox for small to medium servo motors. Low backlash, and package net ratios ranging from 12:1 through 400:1. The rotary stage has very large crossed roller output bearings, allowing for impressive thrust loads and tilting moments.
