Heavy duty molded nylon side chains on the versatile PowerTrack provide quiet operation and eliminate the need for periodic lubrication. Perfect for dust-prone environments. The unique links, separated by steel cable/hose carriers, do not corrode, are non-conductive, resist abrasion and slide more easily than steel side links.
Non-metallic PowerTrak protects cables and hoses on reciprocating machinery. Material is lightweight and corrosion resistant. We know easy access is important, especially for pre-assembled cable/hose sets involving large OD plugs, receptacles and couplings. Flip-open, snap-together links provide on-site flexibility and easy access to cables and hoses.
PowerTube has the same non-metallic advantages as PowerTrak GRP, but in addition, it's totally enclosed for when protection from hot chips and other debris is needed. There are seven track models to choose from with flange type or scoop-type mounting brackets. Quick, easy-loading Flip-Tops pivot and lock from either side. To lock the Flip-Tops, engage the pivot and push the locking tab securely into place. with different mounting accessories. PowerTube offers a low cost solution with high aesthetic value
PowerFlex offers complete cable and hose protection from high temperatures and hot chips (up to 250°F /121°C). Rugged stainless steel sections are mechanically riveted for strength. Self-lubricating fiber-reinforced Nylon inner liner provides ultimate protection to cables and hoses. PowerFlex installs in any position and comes in a wide range of sizes.
Gleason Series "S" Spring-Driven Electric Cable Reels are designed to be mounted on moving machinery. Models for 2 to 36 conductors, 30' to 120' for lift, drag and stretch applications (200' for retrieve applications).
These reels have all the features of the “S” reel, plus an extra heavy slip ring enclosure and pre-wired/pre-potted junction box. Designed for use in Class I (groups C & D) and Class II (groups E, F & G, division 1 & 2) hazardous environments, the direct or gear spring drive reels are available with 16" to 32" diameter spools. The pre-wired and pre-potted NEMA 7-9 junction box saves time during installation because the electrical connections are made in the box, not directly on the slip ring.
These reels are ruggedly built and their design has been refined over many years of field use. They have either fully automatic or ratchet controlled spring rewind and contain all the features found in any reel in this size range.
Available in three sizes with clips for round cables/hoses, cable clamps for flat cables, or specially designed clamps for holding a mixed load of hoses, round cables and flat cables.

Wide variety of sizes and configurations designed for speeds up to 650 feet per minute with maximum loads up to 1,100 lbs per trolley. Designed for high-speed, high-load applications such as container cranes, machinery, steel mill cranes, and more.

The T50 has unique diamond design that operates in environments where dust is constantly present. Curved rail sections are available with 36” to 340” radii. Straight sections also available.
The Inverted V-BAR systems offer superior collector tracking capability over the time proven Universal 8-BAR systems. The greater collector tracking performance of the Inverted V-Bar systems is created by the "V" shaped contact surface. The contact surface design forces the composite metal contact shoes to be guided only by the metal conductor bar, instead of the insulating cover.
Inverted V-bar systems are recommended for side entry of the collector contact shoes (lateral collector mounting), and do not require the use of counter balanced or spring-balanced collectors.
The Universal 8-BAR conductor bar systems have been designed for the transmission of electrical power. Universal 8-Bar systems are recommended to be mounted for bottom entry (vertical mount) of the collector contact shoes.
Universal 8-Bar systems may be used interchangeably with other 1" bottom entry 8-bar systems. Gleason supplies a full line of standard conductor bar system components including: support brackets, power feeds, expansion and isolation assembles, collector pick-up shoes, end covers, joint covers, transfer caps and collector pick-up guides. Custom components are available upon request.
